Application fields and usage and installation instructions of rubber joints
Rubber joints are also called: flexible rubber joints, rubber soft connections, soft joints, flexible rubber joints, rubber expansion joints, shock absorbers, shock absorbers, etc. Climatic pipe connectors, rubber joints generally have an inner rubber layer that can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
Because flexible rubber joints have good comprehensive properties, they are widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, electricity and other basic projects. Depending on the material, it can be made into acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, radiation-resistant, wear-resistant, aging-resistant, etc., and is adaptable to a variety of media and environments.
It is strictly forbidden to install rubber soft joints beyond the displacement limit during installation. When installing rubber joints on flat ground, in the air, or vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint is less than the support force of the pipeline. Otherwise, an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent it from being pulled off under pressure during operation. The pipeline must have fixed supports or fixed brackets, and the force of the fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force.
During vertical installation and overhead installation, corresponding fixed brackets and stress-bearing brackets need to be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the product from being pulled off after work under pressure. The mounting bolts must be tightened symmetrically and gradually to prevent local leakage. Keep away from heat sources during installation, and it is strictly prohibited to use media that does not meet the requirements of this product.
